1. PROJECT CANCELLATION (BEFORE LAUNCH)
If you cancel your website project before launch, you must provide written notice. All payments made are non-refundable. We will cease work immediately, and your project will be considered complete with no further obligations from either party.
2. MONTHLY SERVICE CANCELLATION
Monthly hosting and management services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Your cancellation notice must be submitted before the 1st of the month to avoid the next month charges. After cancellation:
• Your website remains active for the remainder of the paid month • After the paid period expires, your domain and website will no longer be maintained by Viasilica • You will lose access to hosting, backups, security updates, and support • Data recovery after cancellation may incur additional fees
3. NO EXPORT OR TRANSFER
Upon cancellation, you may not export your website files, database, or domain to use with another provider. Your website and all associated data remain the exclusive property of Viasilica. This ensures data integrity and prevents unauthorized use of our proprietary designs and code.
4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Monthly management fees renew automatically each month. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Continued use of your website constitutes acceptance of renewal fees.
