Viasilica does not offer refunds for website design, development, hosting, or management services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This policy applies to:
• Initial website build and design fees • Monthly hosting and management fees • Additional development or modifications • All service packages (Starter, Pro, E-commerce, Custom)
If you cancel your project before launch, all payments made are retained by Viasilica as compensation for resources allocated, design work completed, and infrastructure provisioning.
If you are unsatisfied with your website before launch, we offer unlimited revisions at no additional cost until you are satisfied. This ensures you get exactly what you need without the need for refunds.
